Additionally, I would consider it a nice to have not a have to have, since it’s a piece you may end up sticking in the back of your closet after a few wears. If you’re dabbling into the world of colorful fashion for the first time, then I always suggest neutral accessories. Why? Because, it’s super easier to throw black or nude accessories with anything without worrying if the colors match. Simply pick what you feel most comfortable in, and it helps if the color of your shoes and purse match to tie everything together.

My Mom’s Outfit
Look at my momma serving looks in her crochet top! Crochet is a trendy summer fashion staple that keeps on giving. The crochet elevates a casual jeans/top look by making the shirt less basic. My mom incorporated color by making the orange in her top the primary color and working around it. Orange top, orange shoes, and orange bag to complete the look. For one, the colors don’t have to match exactly (in this case we have shades of orange). And two, the orange you add can also include other colors (hence the green in the purse).
