Where to find Stylish Dresses for Church

Do you struggle to find stylish church dresses? Often times for me, finding appropriate yet stylish dresses for church is challenging. You see, I grew up in a church where knee length dresses and sleeves were expected. And though times have changed I’m still known to wear a skirt under a short dress to add length or to add a blouse under a spaghetti strap dress — sometimes I rather not have to do that. I love finding dresses that take zero effort on Sunday mornings and I’m not piecing together an outfit.

As such, for church especially, I gravitate to midi dresses with character. Bows, pleated necks, statement sleeves, unique prints, bold colors — anything that makes the dress a must have. Dillard’s has been a winner in the stylish dresses corner for some time now. So much so that someone else in my church may very well have the same dress! Just recently I copped a beautiful muted lavender, fit and flare beauty with tuck pleats at the neck. I couldn’t resist picking it up especially since it was on sale. The next day I found out that my friend also bought the exact dress!! Nope, neither of us knew the other was going to purchase it.

Ladies who lunch…
