When I think of each of us as women I imagine us as a unique print – beautiful and strong in our own right. Even though our prints may look like they don’t work together, they can and they do! Mixing prints can create their own dynamic fashion statement. March 8th is International Women’s Day. We have such a great opportunity to mix our prints, make a statement and unite for a common cause. This year organizers are asking women nationwide to wear red and #BeBoldForChange as we highlight how important we are to our economy in a “Day without a Woman.”
Red is indeed a bold and strong color. Some people shy away from it. Me? I love bold colors including red. So today let’s embrace our unique strengths, stand together in solidarity, mix our prints and make an impact.
