A Face Mask Win with When Face Masks

face maskMy face has been silently begging me for some attention — a face mask, an exfoliation, something! These past couple of weeks with summer school and an internship I have been running on fumes. I may have bitten off a smidgen more than I can chew but I keep chewing! As a result though I just haven’t had the time to give my face the usual attention. And it was beginning to show. Face mask please!

I have oily skin and it has been even more oily these past few weeks. Often times when your face is oily it means it’s not getting enough good oils. So last night I finally made time to get my face on track with the “Last Choice Hydrating When Mask” which contains sodium hyaluronate and saccharide isomerate to help keep skin moisturized. You hear hydrating and you assume that it’s only good for dry skin, however oily skin needs hydration as well. Since my skin had been so oily I wanted to start by replenishing it with good oils.

Last Choice Hydrating When face mask smelt clean and fresh. That was important to me as I kept it on for about 30 minutes while watching TV. You can keep it on for about 20 minutes or until it dries. I really liked the silicone texture of the masks too. Typically with other sheet masks its just like a layer of product over your face. With the When Mask however it actually absorbed into my skin.  I also loved that it clung to my face and the cut outs were not too big or too small. When I took it off it left a small residue on my face that I simply kept on and I moisturized it in. I opted to forego my night cream and use the residue from the When face mask as my moisturizer. That was a win!

When I woke up this morning my face felt moisturized and refreshed and it had a fabulous glow! Yesssssss face, yessssss! The residue was fully absorbed and I saw some reduction in the pimples I had seen threatening. To top it off was not oily throughout the day. Great thing about When face mask is that they have quite a few to choose from depending on your facial needs.

These sound wonderful! It’s true, oily skin needs oils too, something I’m learning recently. I was always afraid to add oil to mine because I thought it’d just make it worse, but recently I’ve been putting argon oil on at night a couple times a week and my skin loves it. Looking to find some good face masks to add to the routine, so I’ll have to check these out!
